They deliver comprehensive\, data=drive\, and resilience-focused suicide prevention and postvention programs and services for youth and young adult and their support networks. Join them this month in watching the Resilience film\, discussing suicide prevention and ways that we can incorporate self-care strategies into our routines this holiday season. The documentary Resilience reveals how toxic stress can trigger hormones that wreak havoc on the brains and bodies of children\, putting them at a greater risk for disease\, homelessness\, prison time\, and early death. Resilience\, however\, also chronicles the dawn of a movement determined to fight back.
