DESCRIPTION:Training Overview\nProviding notification to victims when an incarcerated person is released or has a change in custody status is an essential safety tool for crime victims. In Minnesota\, there are two statewide automated victim notification services: VINE for county jail and detention facilities and Haven for Minnesota Department of Corrections facilities.
