DESCRIPTION:A virtual conference to CARE4YOU\, the helping professionals who CARE for us. \nConference Overview\nAre you a “Helping Professional”? Is it your job to care for\, and help others? Does your work involve exposure to trauma? Is your work high-stress? \nIf this describes your work\, you may be experiencing the very natural\, but negative effects of constantly giving of yourself and caring for others.  Trauma-exposure and high levels of stress can compromise your health. At CARE4YOU\, we give helping professionals the tools and strategies to address and manage the normal consequences of the vital work you do. \nCARE4YOU\, presented by TEND\, is for anyone continuously giving of themselves\, caring for and helping others like: Nurses\, police\, first responders\, teachers\, doctors\, child protection workers\, physiotherapists\, lawyers\, social workers\, firefighters\, union leaders and so many more. \nJoin us online on June 18th\, 2020 or watch to the recorded sessions on your own schedule. The cost for the training is $85 Canadian dollars. \nConference Format\nSessions will be delivered online\, and participants will be given the opportunity to ask questions to each of the presenters.  All you will need is a computer and internet connection.  All sessions will be recorded and participants will have access to them for 10 days after the conference is over.
