SRCAC | Leading Through Crisis: The PFA Guide for CAC Supervisors

Training Overview

Every Children’s Advocacy Center will face a critical incident at some point—whether it’s the loss of a client, the death of a colleague, or a traumatic case. When that happens, staff look to their supervisors and peers for guidance.

That’s why the Southern Regional Children’s Advocacy Center created the Psychological First Aid (PFA) Guide for CAC Supervisor, a practical, evidence-informed tool designed to help leaders respond effectively and support staff in the immediate aftermath of crisis.

We’re hosting a free webinar on September 30 at 2 p.m. EDT: Leading Through Crisis: The PFA Guide for CAC Supervisors to learn how Psychological First Aid can help them respond effectively to critical incidents and support staff at their CACs when it matters most.
