Training Overview

Join A17 Consulting to learn practical approaches for nonprofits of any size to put their strategic plan into action, with consideration of the increased uncertainty many organizations are facing. Topics will include recognizing what is currently actionable, prioritizing strategies, implementation planning, action planning, and determining when it’s time to change course.
Participants will leave this session with tools, templates, and a better understanding of how to make progress on their strategic objectives despite the uncertainty.
