Empower Me!

Program Overview

Empower Me! by the Jacob Wetterling Resource Center at Zero Abuse Project is a body safety curriculum for children designed to be delivered in four 15-minute sessions or one hour-long session. The 15-minute session delivery model is preferred. The curriculum was developed for K – 6th grade. Teacher evaluations reflect that it is a better fit for K – 4th grade.
