Presented by CornerHouse, this training course is designed for anyone who might receive a disclosure of or have reason to suspect physical abuse, sexual abuse, or neglect. It is appropriate for individuals from law enforcement, social work, health care, education, daycare, the foster care system, and others who might be expected to make a mandated report.
This is a half-day training in which participants learn to respond sensitively and effectively to an individual’s initial disclosure of abuse, neglect or maltreatment.
