Training Overview
Criminal justice organizations have many metrics of success by which to measure their performance such as clearance rates, successful termination, recidivism rates, services provided, and clients served. While there has been a significant push for criminal justice agencies to become more evidence-based, data-driven, and focused on goal attainment and outcome performance, many leaders struggle with guiding their organizations through these efforts.
Performance Improvement Leadership refers to the strategic efforts undertaken by leaders to enhance the overall performance and effectiveness of individuals, teams, and organizations. It involves the identification of areas for improvement, the establishment of clear performance expectations, and the implementation of targeted initiatives to drive positive change.
Join Ashley Bauman, M.BA., M.S., B.C.C. as she guides us through the Performance Improvement model and discusses key steps that criminal justice leaders can take to move their agencies to more successful outcomes.
