APSAC is excited to announce the 27th Colloquium will be held in New Orleans on September 21-24, 2020.
APSAC’s 27th Colloquium will bring high-quality learning opportunities to child maltreatment researchers and practitioners across experience levels and professions. Sessions will be designated as beginning, intermediate, or advanced level content.
The Colloquium will offer pre-conference advanced training institutes and advanced training workshops, research sessions, micro sessions, information/discussion roundtables and research posters addressing all aspects of child maltreatment.
Sessions at the Colloquium will cover the following topic areas:
- Clinical Interventions
- Current Policy Issues
- Courtroom Processes and Procedures
- Groundbreaking Research
- Multidisciplinary Investigation and Practice
- Innovative Child Maltreatment Prevention Approaches
Sessions will be designed for professionals in mental health, social work, medicine and nursing, law, education, law enforcement, prevention, research, advocacy, child protective service, and allied fields.
