Training Overview

Cases of child and youth exhibiting problematic sexual behavior have seen varying degrees of attention in the multidisciplinary team (MDT) process.  This webinar will address multiple issues related to how clinical services influence and are impacted by the MDT.  We will discuss the impact, strategies, and resources to address legal issues (investigative, prosecution, probation), reunification/clarification, strengths based approaches, and MDT approaches by discipline.  There will also be specific topics such as addressing denial (child and caregiver), forensic interviewing, treatment approaches and requirements.  Case presentations, resources, and strategies will be used to develop knowledge and skills to work with MDT partners.
