Training Overview
Life can be overwhelming, but with the right tools, you can navigate challenges with confidence. In this empowering workshop, participants will discover a variety of coping skills that are practical, effective, and customizable to their unique needs and circumstances. We’ll explore how consistent practice can transform these tools into a personal superpower, manage stress, and build resilience. This workshop is recommended to be delivered in 60 min but can be condensed into into1 – 30 min workshop or broken down into two 30 min increments. If broken down into two parts, participants will review applied strategies, receive support from an accountability partner, and group feedback to increase modality effectiveness.
