Dr. Mark Hudson raises awareness of medical evaluations and findings associated with child maltreatment, primarily physical abuse. Dr. Hudson will provide an overview of skin, bone, and head injuries that are most concerning for physical abuse, including basic anatomy and psychiatry. Additionally, he will discuss the importance of considering a child’s developmental abilities and review literature related to shortfalls in children.
