In this webinar presented by the National Training and Technical Assistance Center, presenters will discuss how teams work together to combat child abuse.
Working as a team to achieve a common goal can be challenging, especially when each member of the team has their own role and agenda they are trying to accomplish. Throw in child abuse, complex trauma, and the daily combat of morally challenging work and tensions are bound to arise.
In this workshop, participants will learn the importance of a multi-disciplinary approach to child abuse investigations. Additionally, the content will cover challenges, barriers, and strategies in overcoming them by working effectively together as a team to combat the child abuse epidemic.
